摘要
将返滴定法与两点电位滴定法相结合,采用只需测定两点的pH值和相应的体积,利用公式确定滴定终点,计算小麦脂肪酸值的分析方法,并对方法的精密度和准确度进行研究。
The article adopted back titration and double-point potentiometric method to determining fatty acid value of wheat.It was only twice based on the pH indicating and its corresponding volume of the standard solution in the acid-base titration.The end-point of titration and fatty acid value of wheat can be calculated by a simple formula.The precision and accuracy of measurement results was discussed.
