植物组织培养是指利用细胞全能性培养再生植株的技术,由于其具有快速繁殖、产生脱毒苗、培育新品种、克服杂交不亲和障碍和保存种质资源等应用优点,在果树应用上有重要的价值。通过介绍植物组织培养在果树上的应用,以为今后研究提供参考。

Plant tissue culture refers to the use of totipotency cells in order to regeneration plant.It has important value with its application on fruit tree which could breeding rapidly,produce virus-free,cultivate new varieties,overcome such hybrids obstacles and save germplasm resources.This paper reviewed the progress of plant tissue culture on fruit tree while suggests references for further study of plant tissue culture.
