摘要
本文分析了336名非缺铁婴幼儿红细胞游离原卟啉(Free Erythro-cyte Protoporphyrin,FEP)水平。结果表明,336名婴幼儿FEP呈正态分布,正常值为360μg/L全血,界限值500μg/L;FEP水平无年龄和性別的差异;FEP与Hb之间呈负相关,r=-0.6784(P<0.01);诊断铁缺乏症的灵敏性为87%,特异性88%,与Hb的诊断符合串为81%。同时比较了国产930型简易荧光计与日本F-3000型荧光分光光度计测定FEP效果,其结果基本一致,但930机测定值离散度较大。
In this study, we measured the FEP level of 336 non-iron deficient infants and children in kindergartens of Wuhan city. The results showed that FEP values among infants and children occurred as a Gaussian distribution. The normal value of FEP was 360 ug/L whole blood. The optimal cut-off value for FEP was 500 ug/L whole blood. 87 percent of the subjects with iron deficiency could be picked out at this level. No significant difference was found in sex or in age among these infants and children. There was a close negative correlation between FEP and Hb, r = -0.6784. The specificity and sensitivity of FEP test for determining infa- nts and children's iron deficiency were 88% and 87%, respectively.At the same time, we compared the results of FEP performed with Model 930 Fluorometer made in China with that of F-3000 Fluorescent Spectro Chromatographer made in Japan. The values were very similar. The linear correlation coefficient of Model 930 and F-3000 was 0.9524, P>0.05, but there was a larger deviation with Model 930.
