前哨淋巴结活检在用于早期乳腺癌治疗可行性的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB)对于早期乳腺癌的治疗有其深远意义。笔者仅就SLN示踪定位的方法和注射部位、SLN的诊断方法、SLNB替代腋窝淋巴结清扫(ALND)假阴性率及其原因和对策等问题的研究进展作一综述。
