封闭负压引流治疗婴幼儿化脓性关节炎的疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨封闭负压引流(VSD)技术在婴幼儿化脓性关节炎的应用效果。方法对25例婴幼儿化脓性关节行切开排脓、清创、VSD术,并评估其治疗效果。结果 25例婴幼儿化脓性关节,均行VSD 1～3次后关闭切口。平均随访2.1年(4个月至4年),术后无复发。结论婴幼儿化脓性关节使用VSD引流能够良好的控制局部感染,能缩短治疗周期,效果可靠,值得推广。
