辽西夏家店下层文化聚落的防御性及相关问题

The Defense Function and Some Related Problems on the Lower Xiajiadian Culture in Liaoxi District

辽西夏家店下层文化以台地型聚落、城址和山冈型石城址为典型聚落形态,这两类形态都具有比较强的防御性,但其防御功能有强弱之别,可将两者区分为平战错时使用与战时战略使用的配置关系。以此为出发点,本文还简要讨论了战争所反映的社会内部矛盾以及防御设施的文化来源等问题。

Two typical kinds lixing site of the Lower Xiajiadian Culture were found ： the sites in plain, city and stone city in mountains. Both of them were defensive. One kind was used both in normal time and the wartime, the other was only used in wartime for defensive purpose. The paper studied something about the social problems of war and the cultural origin of those defensive installations.
