人类免疫缺陷病毒相关性神经认知功能损害 被引量:4

摘要 中枢神经系统(CNS)是HIV最常攻击的部位。在20世纪80年代艾滋病流行初期,人们已经注意到HIV感染导致的神经认知功能损害,如HIV相关性痴呆等。近15年来,随着大量相关研究的展开和高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)的广泛应用,人们对HIV相关性神经认知功能损害的认识不断提高。本文将从临床角度总结近期HIV相关性神经认知功能损害领域的进展,以协助我国的临床医生了解和掌握相关的知识。
