脑星形胶质细胞瘤中Survivin，PCNA表达及与病理分级的关系

Expression of Survivin and PCNA in Brain Astrocytoma and Their Relationship with Pathological Grades

目的 探讨脑星形胶质细胞瘤中Survivin,PCNA表达与病理分级的关系及意义.方法 选择经病理证实的53例脑星形胶质细胞瘤的石蜡组织切片,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测Survivin,PCNA的表达.结果 Survivin 和PCNA均在病理级别较高的脑星形胶质细胞瘤（Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级）中表达且表达水平明显高于病理级别较低的胶质瘤（Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级）,两组间差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论 Survivin 和PCNA在星形胶质细胞瘤中的表达均上调,并随病理级别的升高而升高.

Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and PCNA in brain astroeytoma and their relationship with pathological grades. Methods The expression of Survivin and PCNA in 53 astrocytoma eases and 10 normal brain tissue cases was detected with immunuhistoehemieal staining （SP method）. Results The expression of Survivin and PCNA was closely correlated. Conclusion Survivin and PCNA are over-expressed in astrocytoma tissues,with the grade increases,the expression level was increased.
