P53,β-catenin在食管鳞癌的表达及临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of P53 and β-catenin in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

目的 研究食管鳞癌中β-catenin的表达及临床意义.方法 应用免疫组化方法对57例食管鳞癌组织中P53,β-catenin进行检测.结果 β-catenin在食管癌组织中的阳性表达率为19.2%,β-catenin在正常组织中的阳性表达率为85%,β-catenin在食管癌组织中和正常组织组织中表达差异具有明显统计学意义（P＜0.01）.β-catenin与分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关;P53在食管癌组织中的阳性表达率为75%,P53在正常组织中的阳性表达率为25%,P53在食管癌组织中和正常组织组织中表达差异具有明显统计学意义（P＜0.01）,P53与淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关（P＜0.05）.P53,β-catenin之间存在相关性.结论 在食管鳞癌组织和正常组织中P53蛋白和β-catenin均有不同程度的表达,阳性表达率差异有显著性.联合检测可作为对食管癌发生及预后的重要指标.

Objective o investigate the expression of P53 and β-catenin and their clinical significance in esophageal cancerous tissues. Methods Irnmunohistochemical method was used to deteet the expression of P53 and β- catenin in 62 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Results The positive expression rate of β-catenin was 19. 2% in esophageal cancerous tissues and 85% in normal caneer tissues,and the statistical difference was significant（P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of β-catenin was correlated with the invasion, metastasis and differentiation of the tumor（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive expression rate of P53 was 75% in esophageal cancerous tissues and 25% in the normal cancer tissue, and the statistical difference was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of P53 was correlated with the metastasis and clinical stage of the tumor （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Both P53 and β-catenin express in esophageal cancerous tissues and normal tissues in different degree, but the positive expression rate was significantly different. P53 and β-catenin may be used as important markers in esophageal carcinoma and helpful to prediet the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
