摘要
目的 建立兔VX2肾癌模型,观察动物模型磁共振表现特征.方法 新西兰大白兔20只,采用开腹直视下VX2肿瘤组织块包埋法建立肾癌模型,分别在模型建立14,21d行MRI检查.结果 本实验动物成瘤率90%.14d时肿瘤在T1WI和T2WI上分别为较均匀低信号和稍高信号灶,21d时肿瘤因坏死、液化而表现为高低混杂信号.结论 成功建立了兔VX2肾癌模型;MRI对兔VX2肾癌监测准确可靠.
Objective To establish rabbit VX2 renal carcinoma model and observe its manifestation on MRI images. Methods VX2 tumor tissue was directly inoculated into the exposed kidney of twenty New Zealand rabbits by surgery,and the performance of the VX2 kidney carcinoma on MRI images was observed 14 and 21 days after the operation. Results The achievement ratio of rabbit VX2 kidney carcinoma was 90%. The carcinoma was uniform hypo-signal on T1W images and hyper-signal on T2W images. Three weeks later, the carcinoma showed mixture of hyposignal and hypersignal because of liquefaction and necrosis. Conclusion The rabbit VX2 renal carcinoma model was established successfully. It is simple and feasible to sequentially observe VX2 renal carcinoma by uhrasonography, and it is accurate and reliable by MRI.
