同种异体牙移植的免疫抑制功能研究

Study on immunosuppressive function in allo-transplantation

目的探讨不同方法处理的同种异体牙移植后免疫抑制功能反应。方法未根管处理的28只白鼠的上颌第1磨牙分别移植,术后1、2、4、8周时间段进行免疫组织化学技术分析。结果同种异体牙均诱发免疫排斥反应,宿主主抗体-补体介导细胞杀伤、细胞介导的细胞杀伤与同基因移植牙差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论异体牙引起免疫排斥反应,如果新型免疫抑制剂药物得到改善,将来异体牙移植的临床应用是可行的。

Objective To study on immunosuppressive function in allo-transplantation.Methods The untreated root canal therapy of 28 rats maxillary first molar respectively transplantation IHCT at 1、2、4、8 weeks.Results All kinds of graft tooth transplantation activated immune rejection.Antibody complement mediated cytotoxity and cell mediated cytotoxity was significantly different from isogenic tooth transplantation.Conclusion Tooth allo-grafts are immunogens and do evoke the immunne response of recipients.But the possible of long term allograft survival were expected in future as matching techniques and new immunosuppressive agents improve.
