摘要 目的研究和评价巯基壳聚糖各项性能。方法用重量法考察本产物的溶胀性能,并通过溶菌酶实验考察降解性能。结果本巯基壳聚糖的溶胀行为和未经修饰的聚合物在同一范围内,而且巯基壳聚糖可被溶菌酶生物降解。结论巯基壳聚糖是新型给药系统中很有前景的功能性敷料。 Objective To study and evaluate the performance of sulfhydryl chitosan.Methods The study of the product weight method swelling properties and experimental study by lysozyme degradation.Results The swelling behavior of chitosan sulfhydryl and without modification of the polymer in the same range,and lysozyme sulfhydryl chitosan can be biodegradable.Conclusion Chitosan were a sulfhydryl promising new drug delivery system in the functional dressing.
