中医辨证治疗慢性胃炎疗效分析

Efficacy investigation of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy for chronic gastritis

目的分析中医辨证治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将144例慢性胃炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予单纯西医治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用中医辨证治疗。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.1%与75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗慢性胃炎有效、安全可靠、不良反应少,显著改善治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of dialectical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic gastritis.Methods The control group were treated with western medicine,the treatment group were treated with both western medicine and dialectical therapy of TCM.Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group are 93.1% and 75.0%（P 0.05）.Conclusion The dialectical therapy of TCM for chronic gastritis is effective,reliable and safe.
