Objective Discussing the effect and the significance of the implementation of Guideline for Protection of Traditional Chinese Medicine Products.Methods By studying Guideline for Protection of TCM Products,summarize and analyse the requirement of technical and regulation for the application of Protection of TCM Products.Results Through the implementation of Guideline for Protection of TCM Products,the technical threshold for the Protection of TCM Products has been rose and the maneuverability also has been improved.Conclusion The implementation of guideline for protection of TCM products,will further optimize the structure and quality of protected varieties of traditional Chinese medicine,promote the healthy development of activities relating to traditional Chinese medicines.
