摘要 Dandy—Walker复合征（Dandy-Walker Complex，DWC）是一组主要影响后颅窝、小脑及其毗邻结构的少见的先天性中枢神经系统畸形，以小脑蚓部未发育或发育不良导致第四脑室与小脑延髓池相通、小脑发育不全、第四脑室和后颅窝扩张为特征。文献描述的DWC分型虽不完全相同，
