胸大肌后与腺体后隆乳术后患者损伤情况比较

摘要
目前关于胸大肌后与腺体后隆乳术后患者损伤程度的对比研究很少。我们对2006年6月至2010年3月在武汉协和医院整形外科行胸大肌后和乳腺后隆乳术的268例患者的临床资料，包括术后单侧引流量、引流管放置时间、疼痛程度等进行比较和分析，评估2种不同层次隆乳术对患者的损伤是否存在差异，旨在为临床中客观地选择手术方式提供参考。
