高铁酸钾对制革综合废水处理的研究

摘要 研究高铁酸钾对制革综合废水的处理效果,经处理后废水中的COD去除率为90.21%,硫化物去除率为93.83%,Cr3+去除率为88.42%,浊度去除率为99.34%,色度去除率为67.35%,出水各项指标均达到国家污水排放标准。高铁酸钾对制革综合废水的处理是利用高铁酸钾自身的强氧化能力氧化有机物,同时有效地破坏亲水胶体的稳定性,且Fe3+可与S2-形成Fe2S3胶体沉淀,Cr3+可与Fe(OH)3中氧原子中孤对电子形成化学配位,通过后续的Fe(OH)3的絮凝作用,进而有效地去除废水中的各种污染物。 Tanning wastewater treatment with potassium ferrate was introduced. It shows that the removal rate of COD is 90. 21%, sulfide is 93.83% , Cr^3+ is 88.42%, turbidity is 99.34% and ehroma is 67.35%, and the discharge water has reached the national effluent standards. The principle of waste water treatment with potassium ferrate is that the strong oxidation to organic pollutants, and to destroy the hydrophilic colloid stability. In this process, S^2- and Fe^3+ would combine to form Fe2S3 colloidal precipitation, and then Cr^3+ would form chemical ligand with the lone electron pair of oxygen atoms in Fe(OH) 3, through follow up flocculation of Fe(OH) 3, and thus the various pollutants in wastewater could be removed effectively.
