摘要
以明胶为原料,戊二醛为交联剂,Span-80为乳化剂,采用乳化-交联法制备明胶微球。扫描电镜观察结果表明:该微球表面光滑,粒径分布均匀,大小为32μm左右。红外光谱数据证明戊二醛与明胶之间的交联是成功的。同时研究了pH、时间、温度、染料浓度、微球用量等因素,对酸性红FRL吸附性能的影响。试验结果表明最佳吸附条件为:pH值为3、温度30℃、时间80min;当染料浓度为0.5g/L,微球用量0.6g/L时,染料去除率可达到97.5%。
The gelatin microspheres were prepared by the emulsion - crosslinking method, using the gelatin as raw material, glutar- aldehyde as crosslinking agent and Span -80 as emulsifier. Comparing the SEM micrographs, the result shows that the gelatin microspheres are smooth in surface, uniform distribution of particle size and about 32pan in diameter. The data of FT - IR spectra indicates that the gelatin is successfully crosslinked by the glutaraldehyde. The influencing factors of the adsorption behavior for the acid red FRL including pH, time, temperature, concentration of the dye and the dosage of microspheres were also separately studied. The experimental result shows that the optimum adsorption conditions are as follows: pH value is 3, time is 80min, temperature is 30℃. Under certain dye concentration 0.5g/L, the dosage of microspheres 0.6g/L, the maximum removal rates for the dyes can reach to 97.5%.
