丙烯酸丁酯/苯乙烯接枝改性角蛋白涂饰剂的制备与应用 被引量:4

摘要 将从制革脱毛废液中回收的毛角蛋白,在无溶剂、乳化剂的介质中,与丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯等乙烯基混合单体接枝共聚。采用GPC、IR、DSC-TG对接枝聚合产物的基团结构和热性能进行表征。将接枝聚合产物铸膜,并应于革的底层涂饰,对膜及涂饰革的物理机械性能进行了测定。结果表明:接枝改性产物的数均分子质量为31500Da,IR谱图中出现了酯基、羧基、腈基的吸收峰。其耐热稳定性提高,吸湿性降低。膜的抗张强度较对比样有所提高,涂饰革的涂层粘着牢度、柔软度也有较大提高。因而,该改性角蛋白涂饰剂是一种成本较低、性能优异的新型涂饰剂。 The keratin, which was recovered from tannery unhairing liquor, was graft copolymerized with mixed monomers of Butyl acrylate and Styrene, in the absence of solvent and emulsifier. The structure and thermal properties of graft eopolymer was analyzed by GPC, IR and DSC - TG. When tile membrane was prepared from the copolymer and the copolymer was applied as a base coating agent on the leather grain, the physical properties of membrane and coat were measured. The results show that, the number - average molecular weight of the copolymer was 31 500Da,the absorption band of ester group ,carboxyl group and nitrile group are observed in the IR spectrum. The thermal stability of the copolymer is improved, and the hydroscopicity is reduced. The tensile strength of the membrane is improved compared with casein. The adhesion to grain and softness of coat are also improved. So the copolymer has excellent finishing property and has a low production cost.
