摘要
目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)表皮抗原提呈相关基因的差异表达及其意义。方法采用Affymetrix寡核苷酸芯片,对3例CA患者的CA表皮和正常表皮的抗原提呈相关基因进行检测和比较,以发现CA表皮差异表达的抗原提呈相关基因。结果芯片检测发现,CA表皮共有34个对抗原提呈起促进作用的基因出现差异表达,其中30个基因下调表达,4个基因上调表达。结论 CA表皮多个对抗原提呈起促进作用的基因存在差异表达,且总体上表现为下调表达,提示CA表皮的抗原提呈功能下降。
Objective To explore the differential expression of antigen presentation-related genes in condyloma acuminature (CA) epidermis and to understand its significance. Methods The expression of antigen presentation-related genes in 3 CA epidermal lesions and in 3 normal controls was detected by Affymetrix oligonucleotide microarrys. The antigen presentation-related genes with differential expression in CA epidermis were found by comparing the expression of antigen presentation-related genes in CA epidermis and those in normal epidermis. Results The differential expressions of 34 antigen presentation-promoting genes, including 30 down-regulated genes and four up-regulated ones,were detected by the microarrys in CA epidermis. Conclusion Several antigen presentation-promoting genes with differential expressions are detected in CA epidermis and most of them are down-regulated. These results suggest that the function of angtigen presentation in CA epidermis is impaired.
