皮肤颗粒细胞瘤1例

A Case of Cutaneous Granular Cell Tumor

患者男,58岁。左下腹结节3个月。皮损组织病理示:真皮中下部可见团块状或条索状瘤细胞团,细胞大,多边形,胞质中有丰富的嗜酸性颗粒。免疫组化S-100,NSE,Vimentin和CD68均(+)。诊断:皮肤颗粒细胞瘤。予手术切除,随访3个月未复发。

Male,58 years old,the lower of left abdomen presented nodule three months ago. Histopathology showed visi- ble lumps in the lower dermis or cord-like tumor cell clusters, cells were large and polygonal. Eosinophilic cytoplasm is rich in particles. Immunohistochemistry： all S-100, NSE, Vimentin, CD68 were postive. Diagnosis：Cutaneous granular cell tumor.
