CO_2激光联合贞芪扶正胶囊治疗尖锐湿疣46例疗效观察

Efficacy of Zhenqi Tonic Capsule in Combination with CO_2 Laser on 46 Cases of Condyloma Acuminatum

目的探讨CO2激光联合贞芪扶正胶囊治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法将入选患者随机分为两组,治疗组(46例)予CO2激光联合口服贞芪扶正胶囊治疗,对照组(35例)仅予CO2激光治疗。两组均随访6个月。结果治疗组痊愈率为91.30%,复发率为8.70%;对照组分别为77.14%和22.86%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CO2激光联合贞芪扶正胶囊治疗尖锐湿疣疗效较好,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Zhenqi Tonic capsules in combination with CO2 Laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum （CA）. Methods The selected CA patients were divided into two groups randomly. 46 cases of CA patients were treated with taking Zhenqi Tonic capsules orally in combination with applying C02 Lazer. Another 35 cases of CA patients served as the control using CO2 Laser only. These patients were followed for six months. Results The cure rate was 91.30% and the recurrence rate was 8, 70% in treatment group,while they were 77.14% and 22.86% in control group. There were significant differences between the two groups（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Zhenqi Tonic capsules in combination with CO2 laser is superior to CO2 laser alone in the treatment of CA with little side effects.
