不同年龄的唇部纹理分析

The analysis of lip texture at different age group

目的:初步探讨女性的唇部纹理在不同年龄段的特征和变化。方法:用临床评价和Photoshop7.0、VisioscanVC98及面部图像分析仪共4种方法对263名中国女性唇部纹理表面形态及其相关客观参数进行分析。结果:①上唇:临床评分纹理数目在少年组与青年组、青年组与中年组、中年组与老年组之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Photoshop直方图的中间值在少年组与青年组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Visioscan熵值在少年组与青年组、青年组与中年组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);光滑度在少年组与青年组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SSA(skin surface analyser)深度值及分辨度在少年组与青年组之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②下唇:临床评分纹理数目、宽度及深度在少年组与青年组、中年组与老年组之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Visioscan熵值、SSA深度值及分辨度在中年组与老年组之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:女性的唇部老化随着年龄增大,表现为唇纹增多、加深,变得不规则。下唇比上唇纹理增加的更多、加深的更明显,变得更加不规则。

Objective： To explore the characteristics and changs of female labial ministry texture in different age group. Methods： Four methods were used to evaluate the morphological parameters of surface and the relationship between the pa- rameter of the lip textures and age. The textures of lips of 263 Chinese women were assessed and analyzed by clinical grad- ing, the software of Photoshop7.0, the software of Visioscan, and the software of Skin Surface Analysis. Results- （~）Upper lip： There are significantly different between the results of clinical assessment of texture of junile age group and that of youth age group, and the same situation were between that of youth age group and that of middle-aged group, that of middle-aged group and that of elder group （P〈 0.05）. The intermediate value of juvenile age group was significantly different between youth age group with Photoshop histogram （P〈 0.05）. Visiosean entropy was changed remarkbalely between juvenile age group and that of youth age group, youth age group and middle-age group（P〈 0.05）. And there was obvious difference between smoothing index of juvenile age group and that of youth age group （P〈0.05）. The same situation of depth and visibility index of SSA was pre- sented at junile age group and that of youth age group（P〈0.05）. （~）Lower lip： The scores of texture, width and depth of clini- cal assessment of juvenile age group was lower than that of youth age group, middle-aged and elderly group （P〈0.05）. There were significant difference between the entropy of Visioscan and the depth index, visibility index of SSA of middle aged group and those of elderly group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion- The lip textures of female is not only more obvious and deep but also much more irregular increased by age, and that of the lower lip is obvious than that of the upper lip.
