酒渣鼻并发角膜炎

Rosacea associated with keratitis:a case report

报告1例酒渣鼻并发双眼角膜炎。患者女,54岁。因面部红斑、丘疹、脓疱7个月就诊。临床表现及组织病理检查均符合酒渣鼻。眼科检查显示双眼角膜炎。符合酒渣鼻并发角膜炎的诊断。

A case of rosacea associated with keratitis is reported. A 54-year-old woman presented with multiple erythema, reddish papules and pustules on her face for 7 months. The clinical manifestations and skin biopsy coincided with rosacea. Ophthalmologic examination showed bilateral keratitis. These findings are consistent with the diagnosis of rosacea associated with keratitis.
