Th17细胞的起源及其分化发育研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 Th17细胞是近年来发现的一种Th细胞亚型,其以特异性分泌IL-17A为特征。在鼠类,Th17细胞和Foxp3+的调节性T细胞可能来源于共同的前体细胞,人类Th17细胞来源存在争议,可能来源于CD161+CD4+T细胞。Th17细胞的分化发育存在正性调节和负性调节机制,多种细胞因子和转录因子相互作用,共同调节Th17细胞的分化发育。人类的Th17细胞来源和分化发育具有特异性,对人类Th17细胞特性的研究为治疗人类感染和自身免疫性疾病提供新的方向。
