伴巨大淋巴结病的窦组织细胞增生症1例
摘要
患者女。40岁。因面部、躯干皮肤出现结节和斑块2年，于2010年3月2日来我科就诊。患者2年前无明显诱因面部、躯干出现大小不一隆起性暗红色结节，皮损逐渐增多融合成斑块，尤以面部皮损变化明显，无自觉症状。曾在当地诊治（具体不详），因疗效不佳而来我院诊治。既往史、个人史、家族史无特殊。
