摘要
目的:调查低年资护士沟通能力的现状,并分析其影响因素,探讨提高其沟通能力的策略。方法:采用史瑞芬编制的《沟通能力测量表》对新疆某"三甲"医院的511名5年以下的低年资护士进行调查。结果:调查对象沟通能力测量分值为(79.230±13.018)分,略低于全国常模(P<0.05)。不同科室护士沟通能力差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),重症科室护士得分最低,内科护士得分相对较高。结论:护理管理者应有针对性地加强对低年资护士沟通能力培训,提高护理质量,确保优质护理服务工作顺利开展。
Objective: To investigate the current status of communication ability in junior nurses, and analyze the reason and related factors to explore reasonable interventions. Methods: We used Communication Ability Evaluation Scale (CAES) to investigate 511 junior nurses (work duration 〈5 yrs) at a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang. Results: The average score of CAES was 79.230±13.018, a little lower than the norms in China (P〈0.05). There were differences in nurses from different department (P〈0.05). Nurses in ICU had lowest score, while nurses in medicine department had highest score. Conclusion: In order to improve nursing care quality and promote high quality service, Nurse Managers should pay more attention on training junior nurses' communication skill.
