University governance status of our country based on new system of economics

利用新制度经济学的相关理论探讨目前我国公立高校治理中存在的问题，并根据这些问题提出了相应的治理措施。

Using the related theory of new institutional economics, this paper discusses the existing problems in university governance at present, and according to these problems, advances some corresponding treatment measures.
