总结长海医院呼吸内镜专科医师培训基地在平台构建、培训方法等方面的工作开展情况，提出培训过程中可能存在的问题和解决方案，探讨适合我国呼吸内镜专科医师规范化培训的模式和方法。
This article describes the progress of developing the training base and training methods for bronchoscopists at Changhai hospital in recent years, and then discusses the potential issues and solu- tions that might occure in the course of training, and finally explores the model and methodology to optimize the training program for Chinese bronchosocpists.
