摘要
随着我国高等教育的发展,大学生就业问题日益突出,如何培养企业适用人才是值得研究的问题。西安邮电学院IT应用人才实训中心将软件企业引入校园,与企业建立"软酷.卓越实验室(COE)",培养零适应期的软件"白领人才",经实践证实这是探索高校教学改革的可行之路。文章介绍了其实施过程。
With the development of higher education of china,college students have to face with serious problems of employment.How to make suitable talent is worthy to be researched.Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications IT Applications Talent Training Center has leaded the software enterprise to the campus,establishes the "Center of Excellence(COE)",and developed the "white-collar talent" of zero-adaptation period.It is a feasible road to the higher education reform.
