大剂量维生素B_6及C对饲高胆固醇兔血脂及动脉粥样硬化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 用生化及病理学方法观察并比较了大剂量维生素B_6和(或)C对饲高胆固醇兔的血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及主动脉壁动脉粥样硬化的影响,并对其是否引起尿路结石及两者联合应用的效果进行了探讨。结果表明:大剂量维生素B_6及C能显著抑制家兔高胆固醇血症及实验性动脉粥样硬化的发生及发展,其抑制效果在联合应用时,不如单独使用好,提示临床联合用药时,应分不同时间服用;本实验条件下,口服大剂量维生素B_6和(或)维生素C未见到尿路结石的形成。 In order to compare the effect of megadoses of vitamin B6 and C on serum lipids and atheroscleosis, 25 New Zealand strain rabbits (male) fed high cholesterol diet every day were divided into four groups.Group A as control, received only cholesterol diet. 125mg.kg-1.d-1 of vitamin B6 was given to group B, 500mg.kg-1.d-1 of vitamin C to group C, and 125mg.kg-1.d-1 vitamin B6+500 mg.kg-1.d-1 vitamin C to group D, all by oral administration. Fasting serum was sampled at 2-week intervals during a 10-week experimental period. After 10 weeks, killed all the rab- bits, check their urethrae and determined the vitamin C content of the adrenal glands. The aorta was examined by measuring the size of plaques OR aorta wall and investigated pathologically.The results were (1) The body weight increased in every group gave no remarkable difference. (2) Serum total-cholesterol (TC) of group B was apparently lower than group A at 8th week (P<0.05). Furthermore, at 10th week there appeared very remarkable difference on serum TC in group B, C and D when compared with the control group A. (3) The mean serum triglyccride concentration of group B, C and D was not different from group A. (4) Serum high density lipoprotein-choiesterol (HDL-C) of group B, C and D gave a rising tendency. (5) Serum TC/HDL-C ratio of group 3, C and D were apparent lower than group A (P<0.01). (6) The plaques on aorta walls cf group B, C and D formed were remarkably less than group A (P<0.01), and the same result was found in pathological investigation. (7) The megadoses of vitamin B6 and/or vitamin C administrated per os gave no urolithiasis formation during the experimental period of 70 days, (8) The level of fasting serum vitamin C or glutamate oxalate trausaminase (GOT) in 8 weeks in rabbits taking megadoses of vitamin B6 and vitamin C, showed no significant change. But the content of vitamin C in adrenal glands of group C was much higher than group A (P<0.01).According to results mentioned above, we consider that megadoses of vitamin B6 and C could markedly inhibit the occurrence and development of hypercholestcrolcnua and experimental atherosclerosis. The inhibiting effect of the combined vitamin B6 and C administered per os was weaker than anyone separately. The megadoses of vitamin B6+C in rabbits could not cause urolithiasis.
