自体骨髓极小胚胎样干细胞的研究进展

摘要 非造血组织损伤后,如何提高干细胞在组织再生过程中的修复能力是目前再生医学的研究热点。成体骨髓中含有表达CXCR4+Lin-CD45-的极小胚胎样干细胞(VSEL-SCs),在体外能够被定向诱导分化为心肌细胞、神经元等多种谱系细胞。自体骨髓动员的干细胞因具有多向分化潜能、无伦理学争议、无免疫源性及良好的组织融合性等优势而备受关注。
