摘要
伴随着我国现代化进程不断发展的核化工业设施一旦遭到打击、破坏,将会造成严重的次生核化灾害,并带来多方面的影响.本文探讨了次生核化灾害发生的可能性、特点及其医学应急救援方法,并就提升次生核化灾害应急救援效果的措施提出相关意见,以最大限度地减少次生核化灾害造成的不良影响.
Serious secondary nuclear and chemical disasters would be caused if nuclear and chemical industry were attacked. In this paper, possibility, features and medical emergency rescue of the secondary nuclear and chemical disasters are discussed. Some opinions were suggested in order to promote the efficiency of rescue and reduce the after effect.
