武警部队历次洪灾救援中官兵食源性疾病发生情况的回顾性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究部队在洪灾救援行动中食源性疾病的发病特点和规律,为救援部队控制食源性疾病提供依据.方法 采用国际疾病分类方法(ICD-10)进行统计分类,计算疾病发生数及构成比.结果 历年历次洪灾救援任务中,各系统疾病及食源性疾病均有不同程度的发生,其中1997、1998、1999年食源性疾病分别占当年洪灾救援任务中总发病数的36.32%、23.40%、20.07%;救援重灾区中有两个同期发病上升,南北地区食源性疾病发病构成情况有显著差别.结论 前线官兵食源性疾病发生情况,为面广、强度小、相对集中等流行特点.应根据灾情程度、灾害地点、参战人数、参战时日、任务性质掌握疾病发病周期及规律,及早采取有针对性的预防对策,使卫勤保障工作有效得力,减少疾病减员确保部队的战斗力. Objective To investigate the food diseases occurring in the rescuing calamity of flood to find out the characteristics and the regulars, supply data evidence for prevention and control of food disease in flood rescue. Methods Adopting the international classification of disease to classify and arrange the data, caculate the count and percentage. Results In the mission of the rescuing calamity of flood in every the disease of various system and food disease have occurred at different level;food disease accounts for 36.32% in 1997,23.40% in 1998,20.07% in 1999;there is significant difference in the same time and in the South and in the North.The statistics have also show the food incident trend in the rescuing calamity of food. Conclusion The occurrence of disease of officials and soldiers in the front presents a characteristic of diversity and centralization. We should master the cycles and the regular of the disease and take a aimed prevented strategy so that can make the hygienic service, effective and vigorous and reduce the wounded and the illness in order to maintain the power of battle
