连续性血液净化在地震挤压伤救治中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 创伤后发生的横纹肌溶解综合征又称挤压综合征(crush syndrome),是指人体肌肉丰富的部位受到钝性外力的打击和挤压后,软组织严重受损,肌肉组织缺血、坏死、感染,以及继发的一系列局部和全身的症候群.主要病理特点为肢体肿胀、肌红蛋白尿、高钾血症及急性肾功能衰竭的相关症状和体征[1].
