摘要
针对大庆乙烯装置急冷油减黏系统存在的问题,从急冷油减黏机理出发,对新、老区2套装置进行了改造。通过新增1座减黏塔和物料输送设备,使2套装置急冷油系统联合操作。给出了改造流程、设备结构及改造后相关数据。运行结果表明,急冷油塔塔釜温度与设计值接近,乙烷炉乙烯和丙烯收率均达到设计指标,同时装置综合能耗有所下降。
In the light of the problems existed in the quench oil visbreaking system of Daqing ethylene device,two sets of device including new and old system are reformed according to the quench oil visbreaking mechanism. The quench oil systems of two sets are jointly operated by adding a visbreaking tower and material handling equipment. The reform process,equipment structure and transformation of related data are provided in this paper. The running results show thai, the kettle temperature in quench oil tower is close to the designed values. The yield of ethylene and propylene in the ethane furnace can reach the design target. At the same time ,the comprehensive energy consumption of devie, e decreases.
