以发育正常,身体健康,蛋白质营养状况良好的4~7岁幼儿园寄宿儿童105人为对象,观察摄入不同量蛋白质膳食情况下的氮平衡,15批试验结果表明:摄入蛋白质g/MJ(x)与储存氮g/kg(y)之间有显著相关(r=0.6709,n=15,p<0.01),回归方程(?)=0.0198x-0.1042。正常儿童储存氮平均0.06g/kg,代入上式应摄入蛋白质8.29g/MJ,如每日摄入6.3MJ(1500kcal)时,蛋白质适宜摄入量应为52g。
Nitrogen balance of normal developed, healthy preschool children 4-7 yrs old, lodged in the kindergartens was studied. 105 preschool children were divided into 15 groups at different protein intakes ranged from 6.28g /MJ to 10.35g/MJ. Prominant correlationship was shown between the intake of protein g/MJ (x) and the retained nitrogen g/kg (y), r= 0.6709, n= 15, p<0.01. y= 0.0198x-0.1042. Average of retained nitrogen of the normal preschool children was 0.06 g/kg. Based on the above regression function with the retained nitrogen x= 0.06.kg-1d-1, protein intake of the preschool children should be 8.29g/MJ, and the adequate protein intake was considered to be 52 g while the energy intake was 6.3MJ/day.
