摘要
本文以三种穿着后出现涂层磨损和三种穿着后未出现涂层磨损的薄型涂层面料为研究对象,分别选用不同的仪器、装样方式和磨料进行涂层织物耐磨性试验。试验结果表明:选用Y571B摩擦色牢度仪、采用标准羊毛磨料,摩擦方式为在试样后垫上一层白棉布后再一起套在圆形摩擦头上(平磨)的方式时,能很好反映出这两类面料的涂层牢固性。
In this paper, six thin coated fabrics: 3 coating worn fabrics and 3 coating unworn fabrics were testing by different instruments, different sample loading methods and abrasive. The results showed that when using Y571B friction color fastness, standard wool abrasive and plain grinding type (a layer of white cotton fabric was lay down), the above two ldnds of coated fabric can be clearly distinct. In additional, the coating's firmness of these two kinds of fabrics can be reflected.
