摘要
剖析煤炭企业重组中人力资源整合面临的问题,通过组织、人员和文化3个方面构建人力资源整合模型并提出促进人力资源整合的措施建议,从而助推企业重组战略目标的实现。
This paper analyzes corporate restructuring in the coal face of human resource integration issues.Through the organization,staff members and cultural integration of three aspects of human resources to build the model and propose measures to promote the integration of human resources proposal,and ultimately achieve the objectives of enterprises reorganization.
