摘要
针对大多数开采单一松软低透煤层时瓦斯治理面临的困难,提出了松软低透煤层底板岩巷水力冲孔技术,阐述了该技术的原理,在偃龙煤田的二1煤层进行了现场应用,结果表明,从12041工作面上巷的实际抽放情况来看,瓦斯抽放浓度在15%~20%之间,工作面回风流的瓦斯平均浓度从0.6%降到0.3%左右,并消除了工作面在放顶煤过程中出现的瞬间瓦斯超限现象。
Aimed at the difficulties existed in the gas control during soft low permeability coal seam mining,the hydraulic flushing technology was proposed for the floor rock roadway in the soft low permeability coal seam,whose principle was described.Its application to Ⅱ1 coal seam of Yanlong coalfield showed that the gas concentration was in the range of 15%~20 % in the upward roadway at No.12041 working face,while this value decreased from 0.6 % to 0.3 % in the return air at the working face.Moreover,the instant gas overrunning was avoided during top coal caving.
