摘要
利用缩合反应合成了(E)-2-(2-(1-(4-氯苯基)-3,5-二甲基-吡唑-4-基)乙烯基)-8-羟基喹啉,利用质谱仪、核磁共振谱仪及红外光谱仪表征了其结构;并测定了其紫外光谱和荧光光谱.结果表明,所合成的8-羟基喹啉化合物在253.5nm、303nm和338.5nm处出现紫外吸收峰;当激发光波长为225nm时,在295nm和330nm左右出现荧光发射峰.
(E)-2-(2-(1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3,5-dimethyl-pyrazol-4-yl)vinyl) quinoline-8-ol was synthesized by condensation reaction.As-synthesized product was characterized by means of mass spectrometry,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and infrared spectrometry.Moreover,its ultraviolet spectrum and fluorescence spectrum were measured.Results indicate that as-synthesized product shows UV absorption radiation peaks at 253.5 nm,303 nm and 338.5 nm.Besides,it shows weak fluorescent peaks at 295 nm and 330 nm under excitation by exciting light at 225 nm.
