摘要
以首钢水城钢铁有限责任公司炼钢厂100 t转炉氧枪为研究对象,利用Fluent流体力学软件对氧枪射流进行仿真模拟,研究氧枪喉口直径、出口直径和氧流量对氧气射流的影响。通过对氧气射流的研究来提高转炉冶炼的供氧强度,缩短供氧时间,降低生产成本。研究认为:喉口直径36.8 mm,出口直径47.6 mm,氧流量为20 000 m3/h为最佳生产参数。
Taking 100 t BOF oxygen lance as research object the jet flow of oxygen lance is simulated with Fluent software in order to study the effect of throat diameter, outlet diameter and oxygen flow rate of the lance on the jet flow. By mean of study on the oxygen jet-flow the intensity of oxygen supply can be raised, oxygen supply time shortened and production cost cut. Study shows that the best production parameters are throat diameter 36. 8 mm, outlet diameter 47. 6 mm and oxygen flow rate 20000 m3/h.
