摘要
概述了连云港市目标管理的发展历程,指出在目标管理方面取得一系列成果的同时,还存在着一些问题,如经济指标权重过大、评估结果反馈力度不够、评估体系建立不完善等,并就这些问题提出了改进的建议,如构建科学合理的指标体系、落实和强化目标管理结果、用科学发展观指导地方政府目标管理等。
After a brief account of the development process of Lianyungang objective management, the paper points out that besides achievements, there are problems such as higher weight of economic indicator, inadequate feedback of evaluation resuits and imperfect evaluation system. Therefore countermeasures are offered, including construction of scientific and reasonable index system, implementation and enhancement of objective management result and guidance of objective management with scientific outlook on development.
