循环流化床热解油田采油污泥的实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental study on the pyrolysis of oily sludge in circulating fluidized bed

摘要 以新疆克拉玛依油田采油污泥为对象,将煤与其混合后考察了混合物的失水情况,并采用热重分析仪和小型循环流化床热解反应器研究了混合物的热解过程及其热解效果.结果表明,与煤混合后油泥的干燥速度明显加快,干燥后的混合物90%以上粒径分布在1~6 mm范围内.混合物热解主要经历了轻质组分挥发、重组分快速热解失重和缓慢失重3个阶段.流化床热解结果表明,在600℃下热解3 min时,油、气总产率最高. The oily sludge obtained from Karamay Oilfield was mixed with coal,and the water loss of the mixture was studied.The dried mixture was pyrolyzed in thermogravimetric analyzer and a small circulating fluidized bed pyrolysis reactor.The results show that the drying rate of the mixture is much higher than that of oily sludge.The diameter of the dried mixture grain of more than 90% is in the range of 1~6 mm.The thermogravimetric analysis results show that the pyrolysis of the mixture includes three stages:the volatilization of the light components,the rapid pyrolysis of heavy components and the slow pyrolysis of heavy components.The maximum oil and gas output can be obtained while the reaction temperature is at 600 ℃ and reaction time is 3 min in fluidized bed.
