夏南牛与夏洛来公牛精液品质的对比分析研究

Comparative Analysis on Semen Quality of Xianan and Charolais Bulls

[目的]通过比较夏南牛和法系夏洛来的精液品质,探索中原地区肉牛改良的适合品种。[方法]选择中原地区的夏南牛和法系夏洛来种公牛各5头,比较两个品种种公牛的精液品质(采精量、原精密度、原精活力、细管产量、冻后活力、精子畸形率)。[结果]表明:夏南牛公牛精液品质极显著的高于夏洛来牛。[结论]夏南牛公牛更适应中原地区的气候条件,生产性能优于夏洛来公牛,其冷冻精液用于肉牛的品种改良具有广阔的推广前景。

【Objective】It was to seek the most suitable breeds to improve the local beef cattle in the central plains by comparing the semen quality of Xianan cattle and Charolais.【Method】Five Xianan cattle and five Charolais bulls originated from France were selected to compare semen quality,such as semen yield,sperm density,sperm activity,sperm tube yield,thawing activity,sperm deformity rate.【Result】The result showed that semen quality of Xianan bulls was significant higher than that of Charolais.【Conclusion】Xianan bulls were more suitable for the climatic conditions of central plains,and its production performance was superior than that of Charolais.The frozen semen used to improve beef cattle had a good extension future.
