血液净化在治疗多系统器官衰竭中的临床应用研究

Clinical Significance Investigation of Blood Purification in Treating Multiple Organ Failure

目的探讨血液净化治疗多器官功能衰竭的疗效。方法分析34例经血液净化治疗的多器官功能衰竭患者的临床资料。结果血液净化清除了患者的尿毒症毒素,较快纠正水、电解质、酸碱平衡失调,使血压回升,中心静脉压下降,34例患者总死亡率44.12%,病死率与脏器衰竭数目相关,3个以上器官衰竭病死率明显升高。结论血液净化能明显改善伴有肾功能衰竭的多器官功能衰竭患者的血液动力学及血液生化指标,降低2～3个器官衰竭患者的病死率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of blood purification in treating muhiple organ failure. Methods All 34 cases with multiple organ failure undergoing blood purification were analyzed retrospectively. Results The uremic toxins were cleaned via blood purification which corrected the water-electrolyte balance and acid-base balance. And blood purification also helped with blood pressure increasing and central venous pressure decreasing. The total mortality of all cases was 44.12% which may involved with the number of failed organ. The mortality obviously increased when there were more 3 ones of organ failed. Conclusion Blood purification can obviously improve the homodynamie and blood biochemical index of patients with multiple organ failure complied with renal failure.
