综合疗法治疗肩关节周围炎50例疗效观察

Comprehensive Treatment of 50 Cases Periarthritis

目的探讨综合疗法治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效。方法 100例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为两组,对照组采用单纯的手法松解治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用物理疗法、药物、推拿按摩及功能锻炼等综合疗法进行治疗。结果两组患者在性别、年龄、病程、发病部位及病情程度等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组的有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合疗法治疗肩关节周围炎临床效果明显,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive methods treatment periarthritis. Methods One hundred cases shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into two groups, and the control group was given a simple approach to release treatment, the treatment group was based on the application of physical therapy, medication, massage therapy and functional training, comprehensive treatment. Results There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in gender, age, disease duration, disease location and severity of disease, and so on （ P 〉0.05 ）, efficiency of the treatment group was statistically significant higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of periarthritis of clinical effect is obvious, is worthy of clinical application.
