摘要 伴随着中国制造的品质以及性价比不断提升,在整车以及零配件出口规模日益壮大的背景下,汽车产业的贸易摩擦呈现不断增多的趋势,除了反倾销、反补贴,还有“非市场经济低位”、“特保”等歧视性条款的滥用。 At present the industry of auto parts in China, are frequently suffered from trade barrier, besides for the benefits of industries concerned in one’s own country, also the effect of brand has not been formed within industries concerned in China. By consideration from the people within circle, in order to expand exporting ability for auto, parts & accessories in China, the ability of research & investigation for target market must be enhanced, the understanding of laws and rule of laws of the country being exported intensified and agility at measures for foreign trade improved.
