中国的汽车产业高度市场化、充分国际化的时间只有十几年,汽车产业政策与相关的法律法规尚处于动态化调整、方向式规范或酝酿性完善的时期,有些新增领域甚至处于法规空白状态。这与市场高速增长的现实形成了较大的时间差与观念差,在汽车刚刚完成从生产资料向生活资料的角色转换而走人家庭的时候,汽车个性文化的需求已经浮出水面,产业链的中后端市场得到了大幅的拉伸与扩张。
In China,the management of rule of laws in auto industry is mainly focused at the tache of admission for production of auto,but as to the post-sales service,service trade,auto culture and in aspect of newly emerged market,the rule of laws are absent of systematic,aiming and perspective.To define and group connotation of renovation for auto scientifically and correctly,the positioning of this industrial condition will be correctly facilitated,and then helped to promote its healthy development,management with criterion and harmonized market.
