摘要 针对电动助力转向器(EPS)在制造和使用报废过程中存在浪费和环境污染问题,基于绿色制造理论,通过研究EPS制造过程和制造特性,建立以EPS产品全生命周期过程为主线,包括EPS绿色设计系统和废旧EPS再制造系统的"一条主线,两大系统"的EPS绿色制造模式。株洲易力达机电公司应用该模式提升了制造能力和产品市场竞争力,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。 With the problems of wasting and enviromnental pollution existing ill the process of Electric Power Steering System (EPS) mannfaelured, using and scrapping, green manufacturing was applied. Based on the green manufacturing theory, we have established total life cycle process of EPS as the main line, including the one main line and two system of EPS green manutacturing mode of EPS green design systems and waste EPS renmnufaeturing system, through researching EPS manufacturing processes and manufacturing characteristics. Using this model, Zhuzhou Elite Eleetrnnic Mechanical Co. Ltd. has promoted manufacturing capacity and product market competitiveness, and achieved good economic benefits and social benefits.
