With the problems of wasting and enviromnental pollution existing ill the process of Electric Power Steering System （EPS） mannfaelured, using and scrapping, green manufacturing was applied. Based on the green manufacturing theory, we have established total life cycle process of EPS as the main line, including the one main line and two system of EPS green manutacturing mode of EPS green design systems and waste EPS renmnufaeturing system, through researching EPS manufacturing processes and manufacturing characteristics. Using this model, Zhuzhou Elite Eleetrnnic Mechanical Co. Ltd. has promoted manufacturing capacity and product market competitiveness, and achieved good economic benefits and social benefits.
